Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers incentives based on closures. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify business opportunities.
• Research and identify new leads, gather necessary information, and qualify them as potential clients.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate and current information.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HR industry.
• Provide regular updates on call outcomes, lead status, and other relevant metrics to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
