Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments through outbound calls, email marketing, social media campaigns, and database management. You will work closely with the internal team to drive new business and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments through outbound calls, email marketing, social media campaigns, and database management.
- Cold Calling: Make a minimum of 30 cold calls per day to generate positive leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Email Marketing: Manage email communication and drive the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives.
- Database Management: Identify key prospects across our target audience and manage data churn.
- Social Media Campaigns: Create organic and sponsored social campaigns for promoting webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and blogs.
- Account Based Marketing: Ensure audience engagement across key account segments with relevant content for existing leads through a designed process to generate more revenue.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Reporting: Provide regular reporting on lead generation metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies to optimize results and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Total Experience: 1+ years of experience in IT and IT services sales.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the U.S.A region.
- Lead Generation: Experience in lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Social media: Familiarity with social media platforms
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
