Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive - (USA Market)

Our experts assist clients throughout the entire implementation process, with on-site support and consultation, along with additional assistance in customizing your system functionality to guarantee it meets your business needs. Our process starts by coordinating with our customers. We focus on their needs and wants to create a detailed and tailored process from implementation to go live. Our focus is to streamline your business process. We do all the hard work so that you can focus on what matters, increase sales and make deals faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Client Understanding: Understand and analyse customer needs and requirements to tailor ERP solutions effectively.
  • Market Research: Research and identify key players in the USA market, generating interest and building strong client relationships.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of all sales activities using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in a BDE, preferably in the IT or ERP or Product industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Self-motivated and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • ERP Knowledge is a plus
  • Passion: Must be passionate about sales and eager to build a career in the IT sales industry.
  • Location: Pune.
