Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll drive growth by targeting and engaging potential clients in the US IT market. Leveraging your B2B IT sales expertise and tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo, you'll focus on cold calling and lead generation to secure new business. This proactive role offers the opportunity to significantly impact sales efforts and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other relevant platforms to identify and generate leads.

Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods to secure new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in Business Development within the IT industry.

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience with the US market.

Proven experience in B2B IT sales, cold calling, and client acquisition.

Familiarity with lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.

Working Hours: Candidates must be comfortable working in the US shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
