Job Brief : We are looking for a high-performing individual to join our Marketing team, and help us meet our Lead acquisition targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing the number of sales-qualified leads by crafting strategies to attract potential customers via various outbound channels such as LinkedIn and Email. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all leads in the marketing funnel are attended to and maintain a meaningful relationship with them by comprehending their requirements.
An ideal candidate will be someone that s able to clearly identify a potential customer s needs by asking them the right questions and be able to recommend specific solutions to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities. a. Achieve the Sales Qualified lead goals and, b. Ensure that conversion goals within the marketing funnel are met.
- Take ownership of the entire Marketing funnel right from identifying a potential lead, to reaching out to them and nurturing them to finally enabling them to select the right product/s that satisfy their needs.
- Organize and drive meetings with potential customers. a. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by
- partnering with customers and by clearly understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
- Ensure that all information is accurately tagged and logged on the CRM Tool. Follow up for the purchase order Follow up with internal teams for the confirmed delivery schedules to inform
- the customers well in advance. Payment follow ups as per the agreed payment terms. Maintain the payments tracker by coordinating with the accounts team. Need to share the payment summary and orders summary with the
- customers on a regular basis. Also need to follow up with the sample order and get the docket details for
- the same. Coordination of New artworks and revised artworks. Approval of destruction
- cost of existing stock from customer. Prepare the customer wise sales details in terms of value or volumes. Apostillization, attestation and any other documentation work.
Requirements
- Educational Requirement - A graduate or postgraduate degree in Bio-Technology or related disciplines. We are open to hiring people from diverse backgrounds as long as they have proven knowledge and experience in Marketing functions.
- 0-2 years of experience in a marketing function. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building
- relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Ability to confidently present information and communicate value to potential
- customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and analyze patterns in data. Previous experience or basic knowledge of using tools such as - Hubspot,
