Purpose of the role: - To ensure high quality delivery of relevant vehicle finance products & services to our clients in a fair and transparent manner.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers who require finance for purchase of New Commercial Vehicles through direct sourcing, Dealers, market references etc.,
- Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice First Time Right principle.
- Actively generate & pass on leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag (wherever applicable)
- Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies
Desired Experience: Number of years of experience (range): 3-6 years
- Type of companies/sector worked for: OEM / Dealer Sales / Banks/NBFCs, should have relevant experience used commercial vehicle finance .
- Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: The applicant should have experience in Used Commercial vehicle finance, should have excellent contacts in the local vehicle finance market. Experience in understanding viability, vehicle types, dynamics of used commercial vehicle market is critical for this role.
- Languages: Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
- Computer/technical skills (if any): Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).
