Business Development Executive

• Position: Inside Sales Executive
• Salary: 25K - 30K + Incentives
• Experience: 2-3 years in Industrial Sales or B2B selling

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer outreach via phone and email to generate leads
• Understand customer water treatment needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Participate in sales events PAN India

Skills Required:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools
• Excellent cold-calling and follow-up abilities
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
