Education and Experience:
- The incumbent should be a graduate and must possess at least 2 years of experience in a professional service industry, preferably in KPO, BPO, Consulting services, IT services, or RPO.
- Must have proven experience in lead generation across the globe.
- Experience in social media and Internet campaigning and promotion is highly desirable.
Skills and Attributes:
- Must have excellent communication skills and sound telephone etiquette.
- Computer savvy and experience in database management and navigation
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with prospective and existing customers.
- Must possess good business sense and the confidence to sell ideas.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on business goals.
- The candidate must hold high standards of ethical conduct by maintaining customer data with integrity.
