Position: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout,Sector-3
CTC Offered: 1.8 to 3.6 Lakhs Per Annum + Incentive
Experience: 0- 3 Years experience into Business development (Inside Sales) Candidates with Software Sales are Preferred ( Any Inside Sales Exp can be considered).
Education: Any Graduation
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our client base and revenue. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and negotiating and closing deals.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in a B2B / B2C environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present our products and services in a clear and compelling way. You should also have technical skills such as proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and web-based tools.
Some Of Your Main Duties And Responsibilities Will Include
- Researching and generating leads from various sources such as online directories, social media, referrals, etc.
- Contacting and qualifying prospects via email, phone, or video calls
- Creating and delivering customized proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition and solutions
- Following up with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle
- Negotiating contracts and terms of service with decision-makers
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to provide feedback and insights from the market
- Reporting on sales activities and results using CRM software and other tools
- Attending industry events, trade shows, webinars, and networking sessions to promote our brand and generate leads
