THS is an Innovative HealthTech startup and is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate/Manager to drive growth and revenue for the company. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Development and in driving revenue. Healthcare background is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

- Drive and achieve the quarterly revenue targets and milestones.

- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new revenue streams and expand the company's reach.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services.

- Lead the development and negotiation of new business contracts and partnerships.

- Manage the sales team, setting clear targets and expectations and providing coaching and support to achieve goals.

- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and policies.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the brand.

Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor degree with a 2 to 7 years of experience, and a proven track record in revenue generation.
