We, The Test Tribe, are a Workforce Development Startup backed by the world's largest Tech QA Community, with members in 150+ countries. We are known for sticking to a very high-quality Bar and constantly raising it as we move ahead. This applies to anything we do, whether it falls under Services or Products. We are now looking to rapidly grow our newly launched product line and are searching for a passionate B2BSales Person (2-5 years experience) who would own, plan and execute the end to end product side sales at The Test Tribe. Someone who can make a difference and believes in rapid growth. Someone who is super ambitious and a go-getter.
PS: This role won't be suitable for candidates who have ONLY done B2C Tele-sales. B2B Sales experience is a must.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, zeal for improvising their craft, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. The candiate will build relationships with existing customers, stakeholders present in the community, identify and reach out to new customers, and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth.
You will work directly with the leadership to define the sales target, approach and execution.
