Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Job Location : Iskcon Ambli Road. Ahmedabad.
Working Days : Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.45pm)
2nd and 4th Saturdays Off , 1st and 3rd Saturdays half days

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze potential markets and identify prospective clients.
Lead Generation and Networking
Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Sales and Negotiation
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Strategic Planning
Contribute to the development of the business development strategy.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Develop and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
Reporting and Analysis
Track and report on business development activities, results, and ROI.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends and business opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and initiatives.
Provide input on product enhancements and new product development based on market feedback.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
