Job title - Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions, agents, and strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand the company's network and presence in the overseas education market.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients and partners.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies and initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and foster relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the overseas education industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, especially those commonly spoken in key target markets.
