Job Description:

Bliss Media and Events is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our services, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry connections.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and preferences to effectively position our services and offerings.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to educate clients about our capabilities and showcase the value proposition of Bliss Media and Events.

- Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to each client's specific requirements, addressing their concerns and objections while highlighting the benefits and advantages of working with our company.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables in accordance with client expectations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and differentiate our services in the marketplace.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of success in generating leads, closing sales, and exceeding revenue targets.
