Role:
As a Business Development Executive at Techimply, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network of clients and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients, ultimately leading them to leverage our platform for their business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and pain points.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue generation.
- Solution Selling: Effectively articulate the value proposition of Techimply services and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, customer success, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and CRM tools.
