Job descriptionTech Striker is hiring for Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in online bidding on the various portal like Freelancer, UpWork, Guru, PPH etc
- Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals, managing other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels etc
Interact with clients for their technical requirements.- Writing Proposal / Negotiations/ prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies
Excellent communication in English, having the experience to deal with foreign clients.

Candidate must have proficiency in Client Interaction and be gathering client requirement.
