Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Tantalum Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be a valuable asset in communicating with clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing will help us reach our target audience and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating leads through various means such as attending events, fairs, online & offline networking, and various other lead generation activities.
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and providing appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting compelling sales presentations to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Achieving sales closures and obtaining orders through effective follow-ups.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and personalized interactions.
  • Setting individual sales targets in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Working towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems or other designated tools.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager.
