Job Description

1. New Business Acquisition:

- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Set and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.

- Present our products and services to potential clients, addressing their specific needs.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors.

- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.

5. Lead Generation:

- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.

- Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into prospective clients.

6. Proposal Development:

- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create customized solutions.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

- Prepare regular reports for management to assess progress and opportunities.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
