Job Title: Sales Associate - Laptop Business
  • Location: Wazirpur, Delhi
  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Job Summary: The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right laptops and accessories, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, and closing sales.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on laptop products and accessories.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest laptop models, features, and industry trends.
Sales: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling laptops and related products.
Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various laptop models.Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the electronics or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of laptop products and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
