Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Nomination/Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to reach out to companies, decision-makers, and executives to secure nominations for our prestigious awards program. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our awards by sourcing potential nominees, building relationships, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential nominees and clients through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Present the value proposition of the awards and encourage participation from industry leaders and companies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential nominees, ensuring regular follow-up and relationship-building.
- Achieve nomination targets set by the management within the defined timelines.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding nominations and business leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-up in CRM tools.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- 06 months 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in reaching out to and engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to research and identify leads using LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management (preferred).
