About Us
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. This is a dynamic sales role where you will work with company-generated leads through our website to sell our skill development products. Your focus will be on converting these leads into successful sales and driving revenue growth. This is a total sales job, requiring you to interact with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions from our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up on company-generated leads to pitch skill development products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the product development team.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Training & Support
- 1 Week Training: Comprehensive training program to help you understand the products and sales processes.
- 1 Week On-the-Job Training (OJT): Practical training to apply your learning in real-time sales scenarios.
