About the Role: Generate new sales lead & convert inbound leads for acquiring new villas across India

Job Responsibilities:

Generating leads through online as well as offline portals

Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities

Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements

Devise and build a lead pipeline through lead generation campaigns as per the requirement of the region

Negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills with English as a language are must

Self-starter and self-motivated Needs to be very good with MS office (Excel/Power-point)

Ability to plan and organize work

Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing Ability to operate as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor/ Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 1 year of experience
