Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing within the media, sponsorship, or ad sales industries. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage client relationships, generate leads, and coordinate events while providing exceptional attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and target potential clients and markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods to expand the client base.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance including scheduling, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, including promotions and sponsorship activities, ensuring successful execution.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online presence to enhance brand visibility.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within media, sponsorship, or ad sales.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent administrative support and organisational abilities.
  • Event coordination experience.
  • Proficient in social media management and online marketing strategies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Ability to manage and grow client accounts effectively.
  • Creative thinking with innovative approaches to marketing.
  • Capability to work efficiently under tight schedules.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to new challenges and tools.

Qualification:

  • Any Graduation
