Roles and Responsibilities -

Selling IT Professional Staffing Services Experience a must.

Mine existing accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Generate new leads to grow business and help company expand.

Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and potential needs.

Good understanding of various technologies and ecosystem to be able to have meaningful and impactful conversation with client.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Experience

2-5 years Required kills and Competencies

2+ yrs experience in IT Industry services line of business development

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Superior interpersonal skills and works collaboratively within a matrix organization.
