  • New client acquisition by researching. Cold-calling and emailing.
  • Delegate acquisition for open seminar / in-house / conferences. Good Convincing Skills.
  • Responsible for sales, Invoice generation, follow-ups & timely payment recovery.
  • Proven history of reaching quarterly / monthly & annual sales goals.
  • Good in business communication, Emails, Proficient in Excel Sheets.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organizations.
  • Great interpersonal abilities in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments through market intelligence, industry research,

sectoral developments including growth areas, new entrants & competition tracking.

  • Digital & Social media savvy.
