Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads interested in hiring developers on a

contractual basis.

Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, social media, and networking

events to initiate contact.

Prospect Research: Research and pinpoint decision-makers within target companies

to streamline communication.

Qualification: Assess leads based on budget, project scope, and timeline suitability.

Communication: Contact leads through outbound calls, emails, and personalized

campaigns to educate them about our services.

Presentation: Present Company's services and expertise to prospects,

addressing inquiries and concerns.

Solution Tailoring: Utilize industry knowledge to tailor solutions to prospect needs and

showcase the benefits of staff augmentation services.

CRM Utilization: Efficiently utilize CRM software, prospecting tools, and email

platforms to manage interactions and sales activities.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of lead interactions and sales activities

for reference and analysis.

Client Support: Communicate consistently with leads, providing support throughout

the sales process and ensuring a smooth transition to internal teams.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams for seamless lead conversion

and provide feedback for continuous improvement of sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in IT staffing or services industry.

Basic understanding of staff augmentation and contract staffing.

Familiarity with CRM software, prospecting tools, and email platforms.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
