Role: Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)
Location: Mohali
Qualifications Required: Minimum 1-year experience in business development and bid management, preferably in a service-based IT company.
Freshers with bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent/MBA can also apply.
As a Business Development Executive (Bidder), your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. You will generate leads via online portals like Upwork, Linkedin and craft compelling proposals based on client requirements to close projects, communicate effectively with potential clients, to close opportunities.

Skills:
- Must have Knowledge of popular Web Technologies used in Web, Mobile and Ecommerce development
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder in the IT or services industry.
- Strong knowledge of bidding portals and their working mechanisms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.).
- Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn is a plus.
- Good in Client handling and Bid Management
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective proposals.
- Excellent Communication skills (Written and verbal skills).
- Excellent Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new business opportunities on various online freelancing platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn network to identify and engage potential clients.
- Create, customise, and submit high-quality, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our services and capabilities.
- Bid on relevant projects and follow up with potential clients to secure business deals.
- Leverage LinkedIn for lead generation and client outreach.
- Maintain a database of all the bidding activities and track the status of each bid.
- Achieve monthly targets to meet revenue goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
