Job Description Generate leads for HRMS through cold calling, networking, visiting industrial areas
Lead generation via social Network
Time to time Email communication to prospective & existing clients on various offers,
achievements, articles that are of interest to the client or their industry.
Maintain client relationship
Update all leads & sales status on the CRM software
Timely reporting to seniors & detail updates on each client sales cycle
Should be able to demonstrate the solution capabilities to client.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Identify the client challenge / pain areas & give propose solution that fits the requirement
Generate quotes for the client with an illustration on ROI
Coordinate with the tech team / demo specialist for detail capability leading to closure of
sales.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Consistent follow up, proactive actions, timely reminders with client to address all the
queries leading to closure of business. Market competition analysis & time to time input to
the product team
Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
Represent the brand Opportune
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, Events, conferences
