Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at SoftOneTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, lead generation, and sales strategy within the IT industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by leveraging various sales channels such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Adjust bidding and outreach strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proposal & Bid Management: Manage the proposal and bidding process on platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn. Place bids daily and customize proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Communication & Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and communicate client requirements effectively.
- Marketing Automation: Automate email campaigns using tools like HubSpot to engage leads and improve conversion rates.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, leads, and revenue generation efforts.
Required Skills:
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
- Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads through platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Upwork.
- Sales Tools Expertise: Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Digital Marketing: Experience in automating email marketing campaigns and managing digital outreach.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and negotiating contracts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree (preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in business development or sales within the IT sector.
- Proven experience in platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.
