Role Description:
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business development executive to contribute to the
growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining
clients, To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events
to attract and retain clients. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a
close eye on clients feedback to ensure that our services always exceed expectations.
Roles & responsibilities:
Handling the day-to-day sales
Generating new client acquisitionsthrough outreach and lead generation.
Calling customers and explaining the services
Work on identifying new clients through LinkedIn.
Developing business and communicating with our corporate clients.
Making cold calls for new business leads.
Making PPTs and proposals for new clients
Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects.
Maintaining knowledge of all services offered by the company
Arranging meetings with potential clients
Negotiating on retainer package and closing potential clients
Keep up to date and maintain a strong knowledge of all thingsrelated to digital marketing.
Requirements:-
Highly polished pitch and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Good negotiation skills
Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships.
Ability to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships internally and
externally.
Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
Two-wheelers must be willing to travel.
Field sales should also be ready to accommodate any client requirements.
