Job Description:reporting to HQ in Peninsular (Shah Alam, Selangor)
Based at East Malaysia
Mainly handling the business development in Borneo region (Sabah, Sarawak & Brunei)
- Business Development (80%):
Relationship Management:- Build and manage relationships with key business partners and top achievers (Key Account Management).
Identify potential business builders among active distributors; develop and support new business builders as independent entrepreneurs (Key Clients Management).Strategy Development:
Develop, implement, and review online and offline (O2O) strategies to attract new business segments via digital marketing platforms/channels.
- Plan, conduct, and review field activities in line with business opportunity marketing initiatives.
Performance Reporting:
- Report on the performance-based results of sales and marketing activities.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and business impact on regional sales performance.
- Provide proposals and solutions to enhance regional business performance on a monthly basis.
Market Support (Chinese market):
- Handle inquiries from CBO regarding CAP, annual incentives, campaigns, etc.
Proofread CNI Express related to BDP in Chinese for campaigns, incentives, and other relevant content.
- Assist in Chinese market activities, including weekly and monthly Zoom meetings (eBLC Product, eBLC Fundamental, and eHomeparty).
Assist the Malay market in Zoom meetings if required.
- Operational Support (20%):
Branches Support:
- Oversee Sabah Branch operations.
Verify monthly stock purchase orders for Sabah Branch and Brunei Branch.
- Monitor product expiry dates for Sabah Branch & DC, Brunei Branch.
Stock Management:
- Conduct stock audits at Sabah Branch Store, Sabah Branch Retail Outlet, Sabah Distribution Centre, and Brunei Branch on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly basis.
Review service center monthly self-stock check reports.
- Oversee POS physical stock audits or Zoom stock checks
