Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in Sales & BusinessDevelopment to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our international business sales, generating leads, managing client communications, and overseeing end-to-end sales operations. Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international Telecom, Messaging / CPaaS domain
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in Telecom,Messaging & CPaaS
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Close agreements & Negotiate on regular basis to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends.
- Working closely with other stackholders from Finance, Support, Rates & Marketing Departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience of 2 years experience in sales, specifically in IT services or a related technology field allowed but FRESHERS are preferred
- Need to create track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets, particularly in international markets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
