Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in Sales & BusinessDevelopment to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our international business sales, generating leads, managing client communications, and overseeing end-to-end sales operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to expand our market reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international Telecom, Messaging / CPaaS domain
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in Telecom,Messaging & CPaaS
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Close agreements & Negotiate on regular basis to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends.
  • Working closely with other stackholders from Finance, Support, Rates & Marketing Departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience of 2 years experience in sales, specifically in IT services or a related technology field allowed but FRESHERS are preferred
  • Need to create track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets, particularly in international markets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
