About the Role:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business to closing sales deals.
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at small-sized, mid-sized, and large companies.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive new business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and product team to shape the best products in the market and close global deals.
  • Proactively provide an up-to-date forecast for monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota levels by closing new business.
  • Plan the scope of improvements to current operations and oversee their implementation.

You Are/Have:

  • Availability for a full-time position in Pune.
  • Relevant experience in sales (mid-level candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
  • Ability to self-plan with discipline and thrive in unstructured, fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs.
  • Demonstrate ability to conduct Demo visits and site visits.
  • Excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Undergraduate degree or experience in any field (Engineering/Management preferred)
  • Experience in event planning and organizing, or leading college projects/teams will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of outreach strategies and social media platforms will be a bonus
