We are on a mission to affect 1 million careers by 2025. To make this happen we have a team of 52+ members and are looking to add a star-performer Academic Counselor to our ranks!

As a member of the Inside Sales Team, you will get first-hand experience being in the driving seat for sourcing, generating, and building new business for the organization, this is a chance where you can implement your fresh perspective on your work to action.

Academic Counselor Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Source (inbound & outbound), prospect, and cold call Engineering students for enrolment in Smart Interviews courses.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and career coach and build and maintain long-term relationships with B2C leads.
  • Build and track sales pipeline.
  • Bring new business and over-achieve monthly quota.

Desired Abilities and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in B2C Sales.
  • Experience with an EdTech/Education-based company is a plus.

Work week: 5 days (Monday- Friday)

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Location: Hyderabad (Office-based role) Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days are preferred
