We are actively seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive / Sr. BDE Executive to join our team at Siox Tech LLC. As a rapidly growing USA staffing agency specializing in serving commercial, MSP, tier 1, or tier 2vendors, we are committed to delivering exceptional staffing solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients within the commercial, MSP, tier 1, and tier 2 vendor sectors.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand client staffing needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services.

Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Proven track record of 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, preferably within the staffing industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Knowledge of the USA staffing market and industry trends.
