Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 0-2 Years
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and understand competitor activities.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth and successful client experience.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
Attributes:
