Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Job Description: Business Development

Responsible for searching for new prospects and generating new sales leads (national and international cities).

Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.

Identify enquiries within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

Evaluate the needs of the prospective clients, determine the pain points and consult the prospect with customized solutions.

Create a Proposal, Research documents, Analysis Reports, Scope of Work, Solution Architecture and other acquisition-related documents.

Responsible for collecting monthly retainer from existing clients.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Work diligently towards achieving the ROI on each lead.

Plan approaches and pitches. Create customized proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

Research and build relationships with new clients.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
