Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at TradeFlock, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, business development, and eager to kick-start their career in the publishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries to expand our advertising and partnership opportunities.
2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and personalized engagement.
3. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize profitability.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights,and industry dynamics to tailor sales pitches and offerings effectively.
5. Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and timely closure of deals.
7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance metrics, evaluate sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
8. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to understand the needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels, and relay insights to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or experienced in related field.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed)
Working Shift: Day & Night
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm & 8pm to 5am
