- QUALIFICATION : Graduate (BCA, B.Tech, MCA background will be added advantage) NO DIPLOMA/12/10TH
- CTC : Salary range is 25-35k CTC for BDE and 40-50k CTC for Senior BDE's per month
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5 to 2 yrs experienced candidates for BDE, 2.5-5 yrs of experience for Senior BDE

- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls with various source (in-house / Microsite) Converting leads into confirmed applications PAN India
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs.
Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process, which includes Admission fee collections, finance offers, and EMI collections as per payment terms, along with relevant proofs.
Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program.
Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.
Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines.
Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
