Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales cum Counselor to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about education and eager to kick-start their careers in sales and counseling within the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to help students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads.
Conduct outreach to potential students and parents to promote our educational products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide personalized counseling to students and parents, helping them choose the right educational programs and courses.
Understand the individual needs of students and suggest appropriate solutions to meet their educational goals.
Offer continuous support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
