Job Description

Yesho Tuff is an Architectural Glass Processing company based out of Hyderabad. We manufacture all kinds of glasses that are used in buildings and in facade applications of High Value and high rise projects all over the country.

Looking for a candidate who can work in the building materials industry with high value sales of Architectural Glass for medium- large size commercial and residential projects. The role requires networking with architects , facade consultants, facade contractors and stakeholders in commercial projects in the Hyderabad/ Bangalore area to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Selling Architectural Processed Glass for Exterior/ Interior purpose used in Commercial and Residential Buildings.

  • Coordinating with Architects and facade consultants to understand technical specifications on projects.

  • Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

  • Follow up on payments for projects within timelines agreed.

  • Negotiating prices for high value projects to ensure profitability targets are achieved.

  • Visiting upcoming project sites and scheduling meetings to potential clients with product and process pitch to achieve maximum visibility.

  • Ensuring consistent targets on sales and payments are met.

  • Travelling to project sites in and around hyderabad on a frequent basis.

  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any field. MBA preferred.

  • Communication Skills: English, Hindi. Ability to communicate in Telugu is an advantage.

  • High Level Proficiency in Excel, MS Word.

  • Must be proficient and prompt with email correspondence.

  • Minimum Experience : 4 years experience in High value sales preferably in the Building materials industry.

  • Must have a smartphone and a two wheeler for conveyance.

  • Ability to handle high pressure sales environment.
  • Salary and Benefits:

  • CTC ranges from 3.6 LPA - 4.8 LPA based on previous experience and qualifications.

  • Travel Allowance.

  • Company Phone and SIM.

  • Opportunity to travel domestic and International for work.
  • Joining Date: Immediate
