Job Description

  • Experience: 3-5 years
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Gather requirements from potential clients and convert them into actionable leads.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure business growth.
  • Present and demonstrate software development services to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Update CRM system with lead information, sales activities, and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in software development services.
  • Proven experience in networking and cold calling.
  • Strong requirement gathering and lead conversion skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
