Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in networking, cold calling, requirement gathering, and converting leads in the software development services sector. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
Gather requirements from potential clients and convert them into actionable leads.- Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure business growth.
Present and demonstrate software development services to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand and meet client needs.- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Update CRM system with lead information, sales activities, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-8 years of experience in sales, specifically in software development services.- Proven experience in networking and cold calling.
Strong requirement gathering and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
