Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 4-5 years of experience, specifically in managing government projects in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, securing contracts, and building relationships with government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the government sector.
• Build strong relationships with government officials, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Track government tenders, RFPs, and contracts, ensuring timely bid submissions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for government clients.
• Manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, with a focus on government projects.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and tenders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of managing government projects and closing contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
