Rizochem Pharmaceuticals is a leading third-party pharmaceutical wholesaler, distributor, and exporter company based in India. Since 2011, Rizochem has been providing exceptional services and distributing medicines to various prestigious institutions, including the Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Indian Railways Hospitals, and more. Certified by the FDA and the drug controller of India, Rizochem specializes in Branded Generic Pharmaceutical products and also exports medicines globally.

Company Location: 1/295, Surendra Nagar, Near Singhal Sadan, Aligarh-202001

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Freshers with exceptional skills and potential may also be considered.
  • Age: 22-28 years (you can adjust based on preference).
  • Location: Must be willing to relocate or live near the companys office or area of operation.
  • Note: Employee The location must be Aligarh
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or availability within 30 days is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding Basic CRM software.

  1. Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.

Key Skills:

  • Sales Expertise: Understanding of B2B sales strategies.
  • Market Research: Ability to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Networking: Building relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Competence in negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Client Management: Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Result-oriented: Achieving set targets and KPIs.

Salary:

7,000 to 35,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach.
  3. Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research to understand competition and trends.
  5. Prepare sales reports and track progress against targets.
  6. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
