We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development/Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role involves implementing lead generation strategies, managing client communications, and driving sales of our studio and coworking services.
Lead Generation:- Develop and execute strategies to capture and nurture leads via social media channels, including WhatsApp.
Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts in boosting sales and revenue.
Client Communication:
Handle incoming calls professionally and manage client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Initiate calls to clients, leads, and stakeholders as needed.
Conduct property walkthroughs and provide detailed information about studio rental services and packages.
Sales Process:
Showcase studio and coworking facilities, address client queries, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
Achieve sales targets for coworking spaces and studio rentals, monitor deal closures, and assess the effectiveness of closing techniques.Client Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including inquiries, bookings, and communications.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales and client relations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.- Proficiency in using social media for lead generation and client engagement.
