- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract and retain clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
Present and pitch our performance marketing services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for the agency and meeting sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand the agency's network and generate leads.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development within the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Persuasive and confident in presenting and pitching to potential clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
