Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our IT services by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in IT-related business development and a proven track record of lead generation and telesales. You will use various platforms to generate leads, engage prospects, and close deals, while also managing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Generate leads using LinkedIn, CRM tools, business directories, and online marketplaces.
  • Leverage social media, email marketing, and lead generation tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Hunter.io) to nurture interest.
  • Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities in IT sectors.

Lead Nurturing & Conversion:

  • Qualify leads, personalize outreach, and conduct sales presentations to pitch IT services.
  • Close deals effectively by following up and negotiating with qualified prospects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage client interactions and the sales pipeline.

Telesales & Cold Calling:

  • Perform outbound cold calls and handle inbound leads to convert prospects.
  • Overcome objections and effectively close sales over the phone.

Collaboration & Strategy Development:

  • Align lead generation with marketing campaigns and collaborate with the technical team on pitches.
  • Contribute to new market exploration and business development strategies.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Track and report on KPIs, sales performance, and client acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience (2- years) in IT-related business development, telesales, and lead generation.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with IT services and solutions such as software development, cloud solutions, and digital marketing.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.

Knowledge of social media marketing and email outreach strategies.

CRM Software: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM

Email Marketing Tools: Mailchimp, SendGrid

  • Reporting & Analytics: Google Analytics, PowerBI,Tableau
