Job Description

Hiring for Business Development Executive at Reecocefe (Freshers only)

Shift timings: 9am to 6pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Industry standards

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive at Reecocefe, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other specific degree in Business administration
2023/2024 passed out candidates (No Gaps in between academic years)

Requirements:
0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and any 1 of the following language is must: Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Malayalam
Knowledge about Excel or other reporting tools.
Own laptop/Desktop required.
Some knowledge about CRM(Optional)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling on a daily basis
Inbound and outbound calls to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
Achieving targets in monthly basis.
Maintain a good behavior throughout the organizations and with the clients.
