Recyclify collaborates with companies/brands/producers to responsibly dispose & recycle ewaste/battery waste. The company partners with 100+ authorised recyclers/refurbishers in India to channelise collected waste, providing value to waste generators and recyclers. Recyclify aims to promote a circular economy and have a positive social impact through responsible waste management practices.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at Recyclify in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new sales opportunities within assigned accounts. The day-to-day tasks associated with this role include lead generation, managing sales pipelines, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Onboarding new companies/startups/bulk consumers who are looking for e-waste vendors to dispose of their e-waste and battery waste material will be the primary objective.
Qualifications
1. Account management and sales skills.
2. Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong sales skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
5. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
6. Experience in waste management or related industry is preferred.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Passionate about solving and building in this industry.
